Mount Somers Honey is proudly sourced from some of the most unpolluted and isolated areas of New Zealand and is GM Free. Genuine New Zealand Manuka Honey independently certified UMF 20+.
Mount Somers Manuka Honey has a uniquely rich complex flavour and a distinctly smooth, creamy, velvety texture.
Methylglyoxal (MGO) – is scientifically proven to be a key natural compound in Manuka honey, however, MGO is not an indication of Manuka Honey quality or purity and should be seen in context combined with the MPI definition and UMF independent quality mark.

Mount Somers honey is a natural product, free from additives in the honey production process, however our honey is not certified as an organic food.

Mount Somers Honey should be stored out of direct sunlight, not exposed to direct heat and never frozen. Honey also doesn’t expire, if it is stored properly it will last well beyond its best before date. For health and safety purposes we recommend consuming your honey within three years of opening.
